KT Kanazawich is a documentary photographer currently located in Binghamton, NY, focusing on community and culture. She received a BFA in photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2014.
KT most recently worked as the lead photojournalist at Flint Beat, as a Report for America corps member from 2020-2022. During that time KT was a youth photojournalism instructor for News Movement within The Sylvester Broome Empowerment Village community center in Flint, Michigan.
Her work has been featured in PBS Frontline, The New York Times, Time Out NY, and The Trace.
